Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to get married in Las Vegas?

As long as both parties are 18 or over, all you will need is one form of I.D., (driver's license, passport, or birth certificate) and $77 cash. There are no blood tests or waiting period in Las Vegas and the process usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes, if there is no line. If a person is 16 or 17, they'll need parental consent, so either one of the parents will need to go to the License Bureau with the minor with proper I.D.
